  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, reasonable notice must be given.

  • We reserve the right to charge for time, materials, or scheduling impacts already incurred.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

  • We take care to deliver high-quality workmanship in line with industry standards.

  • Any issues with completed work must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and products where relevant.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the services provided, to the extent permitted by law.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden issues, or damage caused by third parties.

  • All work is carried out in accordance with relevant Australian standards and regulations.
